At Savaar-e, we are committed to providing our users with transparent and fair policies regarding ride cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for both users and driver partners. By using our platform, you agree to adhere to the terms stated below:
- Ride Cancellation Policy
For Users
– Users may cancel their scheduled ride free of charge up to 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
– Cancellations made less than 10 minutes before pickup time will amount to an incident
– No-shows (failing to appear at the pickup location within 5 minutes of driver arrival) will be charged with an incident
– Multiple incidents of cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges
For Driver Partners
– Drivers must notify users of any cancellation at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
– Repeated unauthorized cancellations may affect the driver partner’s service rating and eligibility
– In case of vehicle breakdown or emergencies, immediate notification to both users
- Refund Policy
We do not collect any ride based revenue from user or rider.
subscriptions Cancellations
– Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
– Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle
– No refunds for partial usage
- Payment and Billing
– Savaar-e processes payments securely through authorized payment gateways
– All fares are inclusive of applicable taxes
– Subscribers will receive detailed digital receipts for all transactions

- Legal Jurisdiction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any disputes arising from it, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Savaar-e reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the app and email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
